Questions about our cleaning service?
Do all of your cleaners have a DBS check?
Yes. Every member of the Freedom Cleaning team holds a valid DBS check before working in customers' homes.
How much does regular home cleaning cost?
Regular home cleaning is charged based on the amount of cleaning time required and how frequently you would like us to visit. We’ll discuss your home and requirements with you beforehand and clearly confirm the cost before your cleaning service begins.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't ask our customers to sign long-term cleaning contracts. You're free to continue using our service because you're happy with it—not because you're tied in.
Can I request the same cleaner each visit?
Absolutely. Wherever possible, we aim to provide the same cleaner on regular visits so familiarity and confidence can build over time.
Do you provide the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. For deep cleaning services, we provide the cleaning products and equipment required for the job.
For regular cleaning, many customers prefer us to use their own products and equipment because they have particular brands, scents or products they like in their home. However, we can provide cleaning products and equipment for regular visits on request for a small additional fee.
What areas do you cover?
Freedom Cleaning provides home cleaning services across Scunthorpe and the surrounding area, including Messingham, Brigg, Winterton, Scotter, Kirton in Lindsey, Hibaldstow, Broughton, Scawby, Appleby, Burringham and Burton upon Stather.
We may also be able to support households in other nearby villages, so if your location isn’t listed, please get in touch and we’ll check whether we can help.
